Have I told you?

Have I told you...anything lately? Nope. Life has been busy.

Have I told you...about my good friend Sierra? She has a pretty face and is a gift from God. We are becoming the best of friends and continually find out that we are the same person. Here are a few examples:
We wear the same size clothes and shoes
We have one green and one blue eye
We have the same ring size
We have three brothers and one sister
We swam in high school
Have I told you...I love attending the Master's College? It is such a blessing to pray before every class and learn about subjects through a Biblical perspective. I love having like-minded teachers and peers. I now come out of class learning that I have so much more to learn. And I love the campus full of roses and weeping willows.
Have I told you...about the people? God has totally provided so many dear friends already. Everyone is so encouraging and they constantly ask how they can serve. I am so challenged by my peers and hope that I can return the love they show me everyday. A few recent blessings from friends:
Praying for me before a test
Encouraging notes everywhere
Listening to me talk forever
Giving great advice
Serving together
Have I told you...I pulled my first "all-nighter" last night? Although we did sleep a little, Sierra, Jess, I and I'm sure some others stayed up super late studying for Jensen's infamous World History test and some others piled all into Thursday. I may or may not be on my fourth cup of coffee and shaking a little bit. But I do have to admit that random breaks involving secret dance parties, videos, and kitten quotes make it all worth it. And God once again blessed me with energy, time, and encouragement to study.
Have I told you...about chapel? Well, its awesome. Monday, Wednesday, Friday we all get together in the gym to worship and learn more about our sovereign Lord. This last Chapel focused on outreach week and how the whole school had the opportunity to love others because Christ loves us. We also sang my favorite worship song, "Jesus Paid It All":

  1. I hear the Savior say
    Thy strength indeed is small
Child of weakness watch and pray
Find in me thine all in all

    Jesus paid it all
    All to him I owe
Sin had left a crimson stain
He washed it white as snow

    Lord now indeed I find
    Thy power and thine alone
    Can change the lepers spots
And melt the heart of stone

    Jesus paid it all
    All to him I owe
Sin had left a crimson stain
He washed it white as snow

    And when before the throne
    I stand in him complete
Jesus died my soul to save
    My lips shall still repeat

    Jesus paid it all
    All to him I owe
Sin had left a crimson stain
He washed it white as snow
Sin had left a crimson stain
He washed it white as snow

Oh praise the one who paid my debt and raised this life up from the dead

    Jesus paid it all
    All to him I owe
Sin had left a crimson stain
He washed it white as snow
