Israel Update 3
So, I have a lot to write about because I have not been keeping up on blogging, but the one thing I can't get off my mind is this Israel family. I love Master's in CA because its small and you at least recognize every face you walk by. It makes community closer knit and people more real. But here in Israel, we have thirty-two students and four teachers. Two of the teachers live on site with their families. We see them everywhere...in class, at church, on field trips, when working on homework, and even hanging out at the beach. Yesterday it really sunk in how close all of us are going to get, including the staff. On the bus ride down to the beach at Tel-Aviv I got to sit next to little two-year-old Sara Schlegel. Bill and the rest of his family were playing in the water with all of us. Benj was playing volleyball with us and his little boy Yair just kind of sat and stared at us. haha I love how several families are becoming one here, and I can't wait to get to know each individual more. Praise the Lord for people and relationships! They are such a blessing.
